From Sacramento:

  1. You will need to travel on the I-80 Business Route freeway out of Sacramento heading WEST towards San Francisco.
  2. Continue on I-80 WEST – for approximately 69.1 miles
  3. Continue on I-80 WEST/I-580 EAST
  4. Take the I-80 WEST exit towards SAN FRANCISCO - go 8.1 miles
  5. After crossing the BAY BRIDGE, continue onto I-101 SOUTH and then merge onto I-101 NORTH
  6. Take the DUBOCE AVE/MISSION ST exit towards Golden Gate Bridge
  7. Keep right onto MISSION STREET exit
  8. Arrive at 1663 MISSION ST, SAN FRANCISCO - ½ block *

From the North Bay:

  1. Coming from the North Bay, take I-101 SOUTH about 17.9 miles towards SAN FRANCISCO
  2. After crossing the Golden Gate Bridge, continue towards MARINA BLVD/LOMBARD STREET exit
  3. Steer right onto LOMBARD STREET and continue 2.0 miles to VAN NESS AVENUE
  4. Make a right on VAN NESS AVENUE and continue 2.5 miles towards PLUM STREET
  5. Make a right on PLUM STREET and another immediate right, 1 block down to MISSION STREET.
  6. Arrive at 1663 MISSION STREET – ¼ block *

From the East Bay:

  1. Take I-980 EAST/WALNUT CREEK(CA-24 E) towards HAYWARD/SAN FRANCISCO
  2. Take the I-580 exit towards HAYWARD/SAN FRANCISCO
  3. Continue on I-580 WEST RAMP towards SAN FRANCISCO

  4. Merge on I-580 WEST
  5. Take the I-80 WEST exit 8.2 miles towards SAN FRANCISCO
  6. After crossing the BAY BRIDGE continue on US-101 SOUTH and then merge onto US-101 NORTH
  7. Take the DUBOCE AVE/MISSION ST exit towards G G BRIDGE
  8. Keep right and exit on MISSION ST
  9. Arrive at 1663 MISSION ST – ½ block*

From the South Bay: (This would include those coming from San Jose, Watsonville & SFO)

  1. Coming from the South Bay, take US-101 NORTH towards SAN FRANCISCO
  2. Continue on US-101 NORTH for about 45.5 miles from San Jose (US-101 NORTH runs by SFO)
  3. Take the DUBOCE AVE/MISSION ST exit towards G G BRIDGE
  4. Keep right and exit on MISSION ST
  5. Arrive at 1663 MISSION ST – ½ block*

* The best nearby parking lot is located across the street at 1660 Mission, with entrance just before "John’s Cafe). The daily rate is $10.

BART DIRECTIONS FROM EAST BAY

Depending on your starting point, you may take any of the following BART trains and get off at the 16th STREET EXIT

  1. RICHMOND headed towards DALY CITY or MILLBRAE/SFO.
  2. PITTSBURG/BAY POINT headed towards DALY CITY or MILLBRAE/SFO.
  3. DUBLIN/PLEASONTON headed towards DALY CITY or MILLBRAE/SFO.
  4. FREMONT headed towards DALY CITY or MILLBRAE/SFO.

Once you have arrived at the 16th STREET station, exit subway and begin walking NORTH on MISSION STREET and continue on for about 4 blocks. After passing PLUM STREET about ¼ block up, and to your right, you will see 1663 MISSION STREET.

BART DIRECTIONS FROM SFO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

You may take any of the following BART trains and get off at the 16th STREET EXIT

MILLBRAE/SFO headed towards

  1. RICHMOND
  2. PITTSBURG/BAYPOINT
  3. DUBLIN/PLEASANTON
  4. FREMONT

Once you have arrived at the 16th STREET station, exit subway and begin walking NORTH on MISSION STREET and continue on for about 4 blocks. After passing PLUM STREET about ¼ block up, and to your right, you will see 1663 MISSION STREET.
