Updated: Understanding the Criminal Bars to the Deferred Action Policy for Childhood Arrivals FAQ.  This FAQ defines the criminal bars provided by DHS and reviews other areas of a criminal history that may prevent an individual from receiving a DACA approval. The FAQ also provides information on how to obtain criminal records before applying.
