Thank you for your support of ILRC and for your purchase of ILRC publications. Your satisfaction is very important to us. Please understand that your order is subject to the following guidelines:

1. Your shipping fee is calculated based on the subtotal of your publication order (materials only). The fee covers order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. Processing time for orders recieved before the cut off is 1-2 days. Orders received on Friday, will be processed the following Monday.

3. For the states of Hawaii and Alaska, the shipping method is limited to 2-day air service according to UPS policies. The total shipping fee for orders to Hawaii or Alaska will be a combination of regular shipping fees plus the additional fees for 2-day shipping based on the chart above.

4. If there has been a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately. Return authorization is required for all books sent back to the ILRC, and returns must be requested and sent to ILRC within 15 days of original delivery date. In certain cases, ILRC reserves the option to charge a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, except when ILRC has processed the order in error. Please contact publications@ilrc.org to report an error or request return authorization.

5. You are not required to register with the ILRC to purchase our publications. If you register with the ILRC, you will get added ease & benefits such as retention of your shipping information, and the ability to check your order history in your account. If you register with the ILRC, you will also have the option to save your credit card information in our secure system.

6. If you are purchsing books as a non-profit organization, you will be asked to provide your organizaiton's tax ID number. We will check your organization's status as a private, nonprofit organization or IOLTA-funded agency. We have different prices for different clients. If you are not qualified for the nonprofit price, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

7. On occasion, ILRC will issue promotion codes entitling the bearer to special discounts or offers. The promotion code will be tied to an expiration date. If you have trouble using your promotion code and it is within the valid period, please email publications@ilrc.org.

8. The default shipping method will be UPS STANDARD GROUND shipping. Ground-based shipping service is available within the US continental 48 states only. Please see no. 3 above for shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Regular shipping averages 2 to 7 business days delivery time. We require a physical street address, and cannot ship to PO Boxes.

9. Please allow 3-4 weeks from receipt of your order by the ILRC to receipt of the book by the ship-to customer. Please contact us at 415-255-9499 x4 if you require expedited shipping and handling.

10. For customers doing business in the state of Californa, you will be charged 8.75% sales tax.
