Please include [:2**1i:] at the beginning of the subject of the email, our mail server will parse the code of [:2xx1i:]. When receipients receive the email, [:2**1i:] will be removed automatically. 2xx1i is the access code. This password may change periodically. ILRC admin will give you notice. For accurate password, please ask ILRC admin.

Message body: There is a VAWA training in San Francisco in October 2006...
You have to choose a right account at the top of your email TO, select mail.ilrc.org instead of Exchange Server.
Include the trailer at the bottom of the email.
Workstations:
Somecomputer use ILRC workgroup, some computer is setup by ILRC domain. Anyone can login to the hallway computers, library computer and Nora, Angie's computer.
Printer:
There are five printers, HP5N, HP2000, HP 4000, Canon, HP 7410
Everyone can use HP5N, HP2000,HP4000, Canon.
color scaner and printer HP 7410 series. You can only use it on the hallway computer CP1
Only Tim, Elizabeth, Adam, Shella, Shari and Jonathan can use the color printer. Print the final version. The ink is very expensive.
Canon copier is a printer and scanner, only for black and white print and scanning.
Server:
APC UPS 1400AV Smart-UPS battery can last 30 minutes if the power outage happens.

The Email setting: POP3 and SMPT of ILRC mail server at fastmetrics is: mail.ilrc.org. If https://athena.ilrc.org/exchange does not work, try http://metricmail.fastmetrics.com.
for athena.ilrc.org/exchange, you only put your account
for metricmail.fastmetrics.com you have to put your full email address.
athena.ilrc.org/exchange does not work on Apple computer Os IE5, but it works on Sarafi browser.
Archived emails are saved in s:\archive. You can find individual folder for each user. the archived outlook file name is Nameyear.pst. (i.e. jh_2004.pst, or Nora2005.pst). you can open it in outlook. In Outlook, click File -> open -> datafile -> browse to S:\archive\ and open the *.pst file. After you use it, you can close it.
