Basic Immigration Law Course

Several training centers throughout the U.S. conduct the Basic Immigration Law course, which is built on a curriculum developed by the ILRC and utilizes our publication, A Guide for Immigration Advocates. Please contact the sites below for questions related to course overviews, dates, and registration.

Enrollment Advisory: Trainings described on this page are primarily intended for legal professionals who work for non-profit agencies seeking BIA accreditation. Where appropriate, the organizers of each training may determine additional admission standards that include paralegal students, legal advocates, service professionals and attorneys in private practice.  Please consult directly with the host of the course to find out more details.
