Recorded Webinars – Frequently Asked Questions

How do I access and view the recorded webinar?
Visit https://www.ilrc.org/user?destination=user/password and log in to your account. Once you’ve logged in, click the Online Videos tab to see a list of the Recorded Webinars that you’ve purchased. From there, you can click on the link to view the recorded webinars that you purchased.

How can I view the webinar if I do not have an account?
An account is automatically created whenever you place an order. To access this account, visit https://www.ilrc.org/user/password, enter the email address you used to place the order, and create a new password. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your account. Please note that you may need to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes of submitting the request.

Can I download the video onto my computer?
The webinar can only be viewed by streaming it from your account once you have logged in.

Does the recorded webinar include the materials, like the PowerPoint presentation?
Yes, the same materials that are available to those who attended the live version of the webinar are available as PDF files.

What if I already purchased a recorded webinar CD and paid for the shipping? Will I be able to view it online instead and receive a refund for the shipping charges?
If you have previously purchased a recorded webinar on CD, your CD will be delivered by UPS. Recorded webinars that have been previously purchased are not eligible for viewing on demand. We will not be able to provide you with a refund for the CD or shipping charges.

How long will I be able to view this recorded webinar? Will it be deleted from my account after a certain period of time?
The webinar will only be removed from your account if the content is deemed to be out of date and new law or updates have been announced.

If I purchase a recorded webinar that has not yet taken place, how will I know when the recording is available to view?
You will receive an email notification advising you when the recording is ready to view.

Will I receive CLE credit for viewing a recorded webinar?
Please note that this activity is approved for self-study credit, and you should record the credit on your Personal MCLE Log. No certificate of attendance will be issued for this self-study activity. Please contact your State Bar for more information on self-study activities.
