How do I get into the webinar?
You will receive a confirmation by 6:00 pm Pacific Time the day before the webinar. The confirmation email includes all details related to accessing the materials, such as supplemental resources, PDF copy of the PowerPoint presentation, and note taking guide.

Where is my confirmation email?
You should receive the confirmation email by 6:00 PM the day before the webinar from meetings@meetings.readytalk.com. If you cannot find this email, please type “meetings@meetings.readytalk.com” into your email search box. Try checking your inbox, as well as your spam folder. If you still cannot find it, please check your order confirmation to make sure you did not misspell list an alternative email address. If you misspelled your email address or still cannot find the confirmation, please email estern@ilrc.org with your name, organization name,  and order number.

Where are my webinar materials?
Your webinar materials are available via a downloadable zip file in the right corner of your confirmation and reminder email messages. To access the downloadable files, click the hyperlink under the “Downloadable Files”. The materials will download immediately. Double click the zip folder to open.

How do I listen to the Webinar?
You can listen to the webinar through your computer speakers or through a toll-free phone number. If you have a particularly slow browser, listening to the audio via phone can eliminate potential lapse.

Can I get a copy of the presentation?
You can find a PDF version of the PowerPoint presentation in your webinar materials in the right corner of your confirmation and reminder email messages.

Can I access the recording after the webinar?

Can I test the webinar software on my computer to make sure it works?
Yes! We recommend testing your computer the day before the webinar to make sure the ReadyTalk system works. Click here to test the system:https://core.readytalk.com/interface/participantTest.jsp?host=readytalk

When can I expect to receive my CLE?
CLE certificates are sent within 48 business hours of the webinar.

Why didn’t I receive my a CLE certificate?
CLE is only sent to qualifying participants- attorneys who submit their state bar number when prompted in the ReadyTalk registration section of the webinar sign-in screen, and attorneys who log into the webinar for the full duration of the scheduled webinar. Upon request, BIA representatives may receive a Uniform certificate of attendance.

Can multiple individuals from my organization watch the webinar that I purchased?
No. Only one participant per paid registration for any of our training events. An email confirmation, which allows access to the webinar, can only be sent to one email address per registration.  If your colleagues would like to register for the webinar as well, they should do so separately.

Can I register for a webinar after the deadline?
If a webinar page is still on our website, we are still accepting late registrations. If you do register late for a webinar, please note that our hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time, and you will not receive your confirmation outside of our business hours..

What is the refund policy?
To obtain a full refund, you must notify us 24 hours before the start of the session. Please send an email to estern@ilrc.org.

How do I access and view the recorded webinar?
Visit https://www.ilrc.org/user?destination=user/password and log in to your account. Once you’ve logged in, click the Online Videos tab to see a list of the Recorded Webinars that you’ve purchased. From there, you can click on the link to view the recorded webinars that you purchased.

How can I view the webinar if I do not have an account?
An account is automatically created whenever you place an order. To access this account, visit https://www.ilrc.org/user/password, enter the email address you used to place the order, and create a new password. You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your account. Please note that you may need to check your SPAM folder if you do not receive the email within a few minutes of submitting the request.

Can I download the video onto my computer?
The webinar can only be viewed by streaming it from your account once you have logged in.

Does the recorded webinar include the materials, like the PowerPoint presentation?
Yes, the same materials that are available to those who attended the live version of the webinar are available as PDF files.

How long will I be able to view this recorded webinar? Will it be deleted from my account after a certain period of time?
The webinar will only be removed from your account if the content is deemed to be out of date and new law or updates have been announced.

If I purchase a recorded webinar that has not yet taken place, how will I know when the recording is available to view?
You will receive an email notification advising you when the recording is ready to view.

Will I receive CLE credit for viewing a recorded webinar?
Please note that this activity is approved for self-study credit, and you should record the credit on your Personal MCLE Log. No certificate of attendance will be issued for this self-study activity. Please contact your State Bar for more information on self-study activities.
