Let ICE know that you’re aware of your rights!

The ILRC has prepared free, downloadable signs to help you let your local communities know that you stand with them! Tell ICE that you are prepared to defend your guests, patrons, students, patients, or clients from unlawful entry or intimidation.

The publicly facing side of the 8.5” x 5.5” signs show your community that you’re prepared to remind ICE that they’ll need a judicial warrant to access any private areas in your place of work, business, school, clinic, and beyond. The internal side of the signs outline 5 rights your staff and guests should remember when confronted by enforcement agencies. No matter the status of your staff or members of the public who visit your location, the same constitutional rights apply to EVERYONE, so stand in solidarity and assert your rights!

Sign features and tips:

  • Two colors available! Vivid orange and blue signage so you choose what works best for you, whether sending these to a print shop or printing at home.
  • English and Español versions available in both colorways.
  • Print-at-home versions: Files are available to download and print, double-sided, on 8.5” x 11” (standard letter size) paper.
    • When printing on home printers, select “Fit” to scale the document to print within printable margins.
    • Maximize print quality for brightest color.
  • The heavier the paper weight, the better!
  • Double-sided printing means each file will print two signs – English and Spanish options.
  • If planned to be posted on solid non-transparent surfaces, the file can be printed on two sheets of paper. One to display publicly and one to display inside in guest areas.
  • Print-ready versions: Files are available to download and submit to your local print shop for printing in full color on paper of your choice.
    • These contain .125” bleed to allow for printing to the paper’s edge.
    • Recommended to be printed in heavyweight matte cardstock (optimally with UV coating) for durability, but any standard thick paper will do.
  • Can be placed on internal side of windows using rubber cement on each corner, double-sided transparent tape, or any other transparent adhesive on the public-facing side.
