Mayor Ras Baraka was arrested and quickly released after a heated physical dispute at the Delaney Hall facility in March in Newark, NJ. Mayor Baraka was there with several members of NJ Congressional delegation trying to inspect the facility being used to incarcerate people in ICE custody.
