Judge Dugan facing trial for allegedly assisting an undocumented person who was trying to evade ICE officials in the courthouse. Trial began in December 2025 and Judge Dugan pled not guilty.
Unfortunately, on December 19, 2025, the judge was found guilty of obstruction.
