Alicia Johnson

Alicia Johnson joined ILRC in March 2022 as a Document Formatter. Prior to joining the team, she served as a desktop publisher, SharePoint administrator, and graphic designer for Optimetra—developing proposal responses to state healthcare Requests for Proposals (RFPs). She grew up learning about computers and software in Colorado. Her growing interest for effective written and visual communication grew into a passion for using her skills to help grow a diverse and prosperous community. She naturally gravitated toward earning a bachelor's degree in English with an emphasis in Professional and Technical Writing and minoring in Anthropology at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She then moved to San Antonio, Texas to continue the mission of growing a community through creating accessible publications with the ILRC team.
