Ana Montes

Ana joined the ILRC in May 2016 as the front office coordinator. She was able to expand her responsibilities within the organization and is now part of the finance department. She holds a BA in business management economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz and is pursuing her license as a certified public accountant. She enjoys volunteering her free time to underserved communities in the Bay Area and assisting low-income families with year-end tax filing. Prior to joining the ILRC, Ana worked at an accountancy firm in Oakland where she gained experience in accounting and individual taxation. In her free time she enjoys going to the movies, travelling internationally, attending music festivals, and spending time with her family.
